Anybody in New Zealand got any events planned for 17th or 18th? Better late than never.

Now that we are on the verge of experiencing the conscious convergence in many places in the world we might want to ponder on the question what may be expected and what is the initial meaning of this event. In the first comment I posted on this site, I have pointed out, that we need to become completely honest to ourselves, learn to accept who we are, and develop courage to confront our darker self. If we are able to do so up to a certain degree, we will pass by the guardian of the threshold, who has kept us away from this realm of new consciousness, because we were not yet able to stand upright in it. In ancient teachings this guardian of the threshold, is considered as the lesser guardian of the threshold and related to the Archangel Michael. The many pictures, mostly from the middle ages and the renaissance period show Michael conquering the dragon. Michael is also often depicted as carrying a sword in the one hand and a scale or balance in the other. In relation to ourselves, Michael strengthens our courage to fight and overcome our own dragon. Than he can weigh the purity of our being and will let us pass the threshold if we qualify for the minimum requirements. Michael is the Archangel that influences our time period most, strengthening our resolve to shift into a higher form of consciousness. Of course nobody has to wait until October 28 2011 to pass this threshold. Individually it has always been possible, as the great spiritual teachers testify. However now comes the time that humanity as a whole has to take this step. For those that are unable to connect with anything that meets the requirements, it is a step in the dark. For those however, who have worked and still are working on them selves it will be a step into the light. Carl Calleman has shown us, that in the ninth Underworld the cosmic energies will effect both sides of our brain in equal measure, giving a natural come back of the intuitive perception that has fogged out in our materialistic way of life. What will this mean? Stepping into the light and opening up to the intuitive side of our being, means that we will be able to make contact with the highest source of wisdom. This wisdom will start to flow into our hearts and will change us completely. It will make us connect with the female side of God, known to the ancient – but now forgotten- as the Holy Sophia. Already king Salomon had a special relationship to Sophia, of whom he learns existed already before the earth and heavens were created. Salomon the wise, was a very early forrunner for what is to be. Of course the true meaning of Philosophy is also the love for wisdom. Mostly however philosophy as we put it into practice is a complicated intellectual exercise and does not connect us very easily with the divine wisdom. This is much more the case with the search for the wisdom of man, Anthroposophia, presented to us by the Austrian philosopher, scientist and clairvoyant, Rudolf Steiner in the beginning of the twentieth century. This revelation of the wisdom of Sophia, had to take the form of a society and this might put people off, and can be a hindrance for spreading on a large scale. The time however was not yet fulfilled. Now, after two massive world wars, after the collapse of many institutions, on social, religious and economic level, space is being created to start to build a new. We must understand however, that our time is a transitional period, the end of this transition will only be when humanity enters the Aquarian Age. In this sense the New Age started at the very beginning of the twentieth century, when the dark Age, the Kali Yuga came to an end. Its full enfolding will bring us to the dawn of the Aquarian Age. In the years to come after the end of the Mayan Calendar, we may expect many more revelations from the Holy Sophia, comprising the Mother, the Daughter and the Holy Soul. The Mother was known in ancient Greece as the Goddess Demeter, the devine aspect of Nature. Her daughter was Persephone, who was captured by the dark forces of Hades and thirdly the Holy Soul of the Cosmos. This trinity complements the traditional masculine trinity of the Christian faith. Consciousness of this female trinity is part of the awakening to the incoming energies of the Aquarian Age. In this sense a very special role is assigned to the Slavonic peoples such as for instance the Russian nation. Phil wrote recently of how we can participate in the Conscious Convergence. I especially relate to the need (and resistance to the work) of facing our dark sides, thereby coming to peace with the "whole" of ourselves (and others as well as all beings of the Universe). This gets to the core of my contribution to "unity consciousness." I listened to a few of the talkshoe recordings as well to gather info and unify with you all on this unity consciousness invocation.
