A Plan for Peace BP oil spill meditation. This is a twice daily 7 minute meditation, the foremost intention being to stop the oil spill in the gulf of Mexico. The time of the meditation is shown on the Global Earthdance Peace Watch (shown below) and is synchronized with the Global Peace Meditations coordinated by Earthdance.

Each day the clock sets two times for our shared global intention, indicated by the violet dot and the numeric countdown - so everyone around the world is focusing on the same intention at the same time. The synchronized time shifts forward one hour each day.

Shared intentions for this meditation.

We suggest sitting comfortably with your spine vertical and eyes closed for a minute or two before the meditation starts, focusing your attention on the breath. Then repeat, either out loud or silently, the following intentions, whilst visualising in your mind a suitable picture for each intention. Some pictures are shown below as possible examples.

I intend that the BP oil spill is finished.
ocean-oil-spills
I visualize tiny cracks spreading in the rock around the well bore, the rock breaking apart, entering the well as sand and blocking the oil leak.

I intend the BP oil spill is cleaned up in the best possible way
to minimize damage and suffering.
oil-spill-update
I visualize a pristine clean clear ocean, full of healthy life and surrounded by beautiful clean shores.

I intend Peace on Earth.

I visualize planet earth abundant with healthy food, fresh clean water & sufficient shelter for all beings. I visualize complete freedom for all to roam the planet while nurturing each other as we offer our unique gifts to the world. I envision a world full of health and vitality, abundant with love, and in peace.

I intend that millions are joining me every day in my intentions.

Stop the oil Spill

I Intend that Mother receives the oil back into her belly very, very gently. Ahhhh. Big hugs to all life... and especially for living beings in the Gulf of Mexico.

When Oil Spill arises to the

When Oil Spill arises to the public it became the unwanted and unexpected nightmare of a perfect thunderstorm to fight for. BP colony and the power of Obama administration plus the help of the environmental organization are at high power to rampantly close the destruction of the spill. Oil Spill battle has gone a long journey and at the present moments still striving to watch over the spill and the ocean mass destruction. I was really inspired of the meditations and I guess this is a good way to visualize in a positive way our dwelling place. A place of heaven for all of us and a world that could relinquish from fresh water and fresh air and all abundance that human beings needs are all present and used in a disciplinary way. I am very much thirst of my visualization to set free our dwelling place from oil and in all form of destructions and I can’t wait to see the world in this situation.
