2:00 Kundalini Yoga with Harmony Storms helping us fuse both the male and female energies within us and awaken our souls to the Kundalini energy within each of us. Open our hearts and help prepare us for the Circle of Seven ceremony.

3:30 Circle of Seven ceremony focused on aligning our chakras and linking with intent to The Gathering of One: The Eden Event being held in Colorado this same day. This is an event that is being conducted worldwide in an effort to mesh the male and female energies of the Universe and bring in an age of Golden Peace. This ceremony is centered around an Angel's Gate laid out in a form of sacred geometry. We will open a portal here on Roatan through this Angel's Gate in an effort to establish this island as one of the acupressure points on this planet, helping to balance energy and bring peace to mankind.

4:15 Brion James will lead us in a Drum Circle and help us celebrate the musician within each of us. We will connect with the Universal sound current. It matters not whether you have a musical instrument as we will tap our souls to bring harmony to the group through mantras and dancing. This is the time when we will nurture ourselves and bring synchronicity and rhythm to our souls.

We will celebrate life, experience the infinite within our own being, celebrate the light within us and collectively open our hearts to the Golden Age of Peace.

Directions: From Sandy Bay, take the dump road 1.6 miles from the main road. Drive past the Blue Harbor development and through the little town of Man O’War Key Village. About 2 blocks out of the village you will see a yellow basura bin and a lane. Follow the lane to the end of the road. Upachaya awaits you.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, blanket or chair for seating, your own beverages and snacks, bug spray, your percussion instrument or flute, an open and positive attitude to help us welcome new energy to Roatan.

Suggestions for percussion: fill a water bottle with rice, beans, or acorns from the property and use as a shaker to keep time, use an upside down 5 gallon water container, or a pail. Use your imagination and let’s get creative.
